Are you where you want to be in your life right now? It's important to rate yourself and know what area of your life needs to improve and change. From a scale of 1-10 where 1 is very low and 10 is extremely high, rate the different areas of your life. Some examples are your self-esteem, family relationships, relationship with your partner, communication, health and fitness, environment, confidence and any other area you believe needs improvement.
